Ok so is this a cockerel?

What breed is it?
It's name is Godzilla because even thought its supposed to be the same age as the rest; it is huge!

Also…why does its butt always look like that? Started w pasty butt. Had it a couple times and then it stays messy. No other signs of health issues.

Could just be a small physical deformity of sorts. One of my finches had that problem but it went away without treatment when he learned to bathe on his own. I'd keep on top of cleaning the area with a wet cotton pad for now and see how it progresses. If her/his poop seems a bit more runny than the rest, take the bugger to a vet and ask to do a fecal test.

I do think he's a cockerel. How old is he and where did you get him? He looks like a meat hybrid, not Cornish cross as those are pure white, but maybe a ranger type broiler?

He is 4wks yesterday. Rural King and he’s supposed to be Americana. Lol

Yeah, I think he's a meat bird of some kind that must have ended up in the wrong bin. I'm not well versed in the different broiler hybrids so I'm not sure exactly which kind.

Wrong bins happen . My local tsc decided to put buff orps and Isa browns in the Same bin!

Can he live a normal life? Or will he have to be culled like other Cornish ones because his organs can’t support his growth?
