What breed/gender of my ducks?

We bought two baby ducks from the feed store a few months ago but didn't think to ask their breeds or genders. Was wondering if anyone could identify?

This was taken May 13th so in not sure exactly how old they are

I should note that there have been no eggs we have seen. I read on here that ducks don't lay until 20-25 weeks and I'm sure they are that old by now if in that picture of them as ducklings(taken May 13th). Do they hide them? We don't have anything that would eat their eggs in the backyard if one of them is a female :/

They aren't old enough to lay yet, but if females, may lay soon or not until spring.

Do they quack? If they quack, they are girls. If they sound like they have laryngitis, and have a raspy quack, they are boys.
The black one is a Cayuga and the fawn and white one is a crest fawn and white runner
