Just trying to see what breed this one is, about 4 or 5 weeks I wanna say.

Probably a mix it looks like my jersey giant when she was a chick. we’re did you get it? Also it’s a cockerel.

Did they just randomly hatch some? Or did they breed them.

No they get them in from breeders and what not and just slap "assorted bantams" on the list

Then you're most likely looking at a serama, or an OEGB or a Japanese bantam. Like mentioned before, Overo will probably be able to narrow it down a little more

Looks like white skin? I can't really see legs or feet.

If white skin, it's an OEGB.
