What Breed & Gender?

I hope these are good enough. My 7week old starlight green egger. Just not sure yet. My other two (not the same breed) are much easier to tell if they are girls. When do the tail and saddle feathers start? Does anyone know this breed. She is much longer and skinnier than her sisters. Girl boy?
