Hello friends,

I was hoping someone might help me identify the breed.
This is my mom's rooster. He is 11 years old, maybe more. That's why he looks ... the way he looks :D His name is Gargamel. Mom can't remember what breed he is other than he is a liliputy chicken. I love him, he's so sweet. He is a bit smaller than a regular chicken. He has a small flat and wide comb and these long spurs on his feet. And he has these tufts of feathers on the side and top of his head. His feathers are blackish greenish with iridescence and brown. He never had a tail.

I've been googling bantam breeds but he doesn't look like any of them.
Does anybody know what he is ?

Thank you ❤️

He reminds me of a RIR just by feather colouration but he is small for a RIR rooster so I don't think he is that. He is adorable though.

He seems to have Rose Comb, so it may be Partridge Wyandotte, or Gold Laced

I think he definitely has wyandotte in him probably gold laced

Thank you everyone! I read all you messages, just didn't have time to respond. My apologies. I Don't have pictures of him in his better years, unfortunately, but I think he is a Partridge Wyandotte, or maybe a mix thereof. When I google rooster of Partridge Wyandottes that's pretty much what he used to look like. The tufts of feathers on his head came in as he aged. I didn't know there is such a breed and that there are wyandotte bantams. :D I have a white and blue laced Wyandotte girls and they are quite big. It would never occur to me that he could be a wyandotte.
Precious boy is completely senile. I have to take him out of the coop and put him back in at night. When there are no chickens around him he just stands and stares into the void, or gets stuck in corners. Only when a hen comes along he sort of remembers he's a chicken and does as she does. It's kind of adorable.
Anyway, I don't know how long he has, probably not much. I'm glad I know what breed he is. Now I'll be able to get another one when Gargamel passes. Thank you so much for your help everybody.
