What breed is he?

He looks sort of like an Egyptian Fayoumi. If he is, he is a poor quality one.

Just about every big hatchery has them. Ideal, Cackle, Meyer, Privett, Murray McMurray, and Sand Hill Preservation all have them.

Agreed he is a pretty bird but has a bit too much white for the breed...they also have really big combs so when he gets older and his comb heals he should look more like the breed. And when he molts he will get new feathers so there is still hope for him.

that is an Egyptian fayoumi I have two roos and three hens

they are not a low breed they are really unique actually I have three hens and two roos and a meet thang about them is that they start laying around four months

Beautiful bird! Looks like ya got some frostbite going on. Have you tried Vaseline on his wattles and comb?
