What is the breed of this rooster is it maran, barred rock (look at his neck) , cream legbar ( he hatched from a light cream colored egg) so idk.

He has a little crest and barring so I'd guess he's Crested Cream Legbar rooster over whatever hen laid the cream colored egg. If that's the case, he would be an Olive Egger.
