She's a Cochin/pekin... depending on where you are. UK/Aussie call them pekin. US calls them bantam cochins.

Well, from the front, it looks like a pullet. No male specific saddle feathers coming in?

That pic looks like a young pullet as well. All puff no flow. LOL

First pic looked like a pullet. Second pic didnt though. At 13/14 weeks that's a cockerel. Too much color for a Pekin/Banty Cochin pullet at that age...
