What breed is my Banty Roo?

I got eggs from a friend with a wide variety of chickens and Im curious what you guys think he has mixed in with him. Let me know if a better picture would help. He stands about 10 inches tall and is under a year old.

I would guess that mille fleur d'uccle is part of his genetic make up.

Thanks guys! Thats exactly what I was thinking. He is by far the most beautiful rooster I have ever had, Unfortunately he is also the loudest little guy I have ever had. He's still young and is crowing ALL DAY, Im hoping he grows out of this as he gets a little older.
