What breed is my Blue?

Hi, I'm new to the group and new at raising chickens, so I'm sure I'll be posting here alot

Can anyone tell me what breed of chicken Blue is? Notice she has a bit of an afro which makes me think she's some type of polish chicken but I'm really not sure, not even sure if she is a she or a he.
