What breed is my chick?

I rescued this baby chick that was pretty badly injured from a cat. What breed of chicken is he and do you think it is a boy or a girl? Is it too early too tell?

What age will I start being able to guess the sex. I feel like he is a rooster just because he is aggressive to other animals I give my attention too. And I head thick legs can mean he is a boy. I was thinking the breed was brown leghorn but I do not know much about chickens

8 weeks to tell gender.
His or her legs are not as yellow as a leghorn.

Seems a little too light to be a Welsummer. What comb type does it have? And what color legs?

His legs look yellow to me, his hock joints are bluish
