What breed is my chick?

Can someone help my identify my chick?

I am NO expert, but that looks a little like a Gold Star (a breed i saw today as I picked up a 3-wk old australorp chick from a lady). The gold stars were 3 weeks old also and look a lot like your chick.

She looks like my gold sex link.

Looks like a red sex link, gold sex link, gold comet, cinnamon queen, gold star .....they have quite a few names for the sexable cross that produces chickens that look like this.

They are a cross breed and very good, early layers of nice large eggs.

I believe they are usually a cross of a white rooster (Plymouth Rock or Delaware) and a red hen (RIR, New Hampshire, Production Red etc)

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

This looks a lot like some of my chicks. I got them out of the red pullet bin at TSC. Now I am starting to wonder what they are.

Anyone know what my week old pullet is? Pulled her out of a mixed bin. She has feathers on her feet
