You could try adding more food and water stations so they don't fight over resources, and also try adding things for birds to go around and under to break the line of sight. If it gets too bad you could try separating for a few days then reintroducing so that she has to regain her place in the pecking order.

It could also be how much space you have. What are the dimensions of the coop and run? How old are the other four?
