What breed is my neighbor's chicken?

It's flown over to our side of the fence at least 5 times this week, and it only started this week as well.
The chicken is small, very noisy, and very skittish. I don't know how many they have, but they have more than one, and I'm not sure if it's the same one that keeps flying over to our side of the fence or a different one each time. They're hens.

We have to chase the hens to the fence, until they fly back over. The two pictures were taken on two different days. One, earlier this week, another one just today.

I am not sure what breed it is, but you might want to ask your nieghbor to cut its flight feathers so it cannot get into your yard!

Looks like Old English Game, if small probably OEG bantam.

They are skittish and excellent flyers.

Definitely needs a good wing clip to curtail the flight.

I think she's a Modern Game bantam, or possibly (doesn't look quite right for this) an Old English Game Bantam. Or a mix of those two breeds.
