Thanks. That sounds about right, since the farmer I got her from informed me that a number of his chicks were possibly mixed. I think she's turned out beautifully though!

You're right! I tell people she's a giant quail. Sometimes I look at her in the yard and wonder if she's even a chicken. Super cute birds btw

They are. I've been thinking about getting some quail for years, but I've yet to take the plunge. I do have a bunch of mixed chickens though, I love em. Always fun to see what colors they end up developing.
