What breed is my rescued hen?

My neighbor discovered a young hen in her yard. After a few days, she knocked on my door and asked me to take it in, since I have a small flock of three hens. I did a check for parasites (it was clear) and put her in a crate next to my hens. She has been in the crate for two days.

I think she is a New Hampshire, but I’m not sure. Can anyone confirm? Any tips for helping her be accepted into the flock are welcome.

Thank you!

How can you tell?
For the breed, I'm looking at the color/pattern of the feathers, color of the legs, and the type of comb. For the sex, I see pointed saddles and hackles coming through, which only boys get. That also means that he is probably somewhere between 12-14 weeks old, and a pullet would not have such a big, red comb or wattles at that age.

THANK YOU for the information. What is a "production hybrid"? Unfortunately, I am not allowed to keep roosters in my area, so I need to find him a new home. I've reached out to folks I know who have chickens, but no one wants to adopt a rooster. I imagine his previous owners turned him loose to be eaten by a bobcat. I don't have the heart to do that.
