What breed is my roo?

This is my roo Samson. He was given to me by my cousin last spring when she heard I was starting a flock. He had just survived a opossum attack and was pretty bedraggled. He's grown back his feathers now and is between 8 and 10 lbs. His tail fathers are black with a greenish sheen you may not be able to see in the pic.

He has 2 little pouches that hang down beside his beak. I call them wattles. I'm not sure of the proper name. They are bright red.

Yes, the large fleshy red places hanging under his beak are his wattles. He sure is pretty!
