Hens can do all of that, but she did not fertilize those eggs. Here’s a 5 month cockerel. If she was a rooster she would HAVE to have these feathers. Especially the saddle feathers.

Hens can do ALL of that. But they can’t fertilize eggs. Yours even has hen coloring.

He’s a game, ALL breeds that are roosters get those feathers. I just used an orpington as an example.

Having no tail means nothing. Being smaller also means nothing. Your "rooster" has female coloring and feathers.
