Looks like a mutt with blue feather gene.

Mutt may sound insensitive but it's not likely a cross breed. Mixed breeds sound better?

Not insensitive at all...lol. I was just wondering because he has been with my hens as well as a blue wyandotte roo, I have some week old chicks I hatched and I have got quite the assortment.
