What breed is my rooster?

I had someone give this rooster to me as a gift and as much research I have done I cannot figure out the breed, at first I thought New Hampshire but that's not correct. Please help!?

YES, after comparing he is definitely a Buckeye Thanks everybody, also does anyone have an idea what a black shumen rooster would be worth, i know they're really rare.
