Yesterday was his birthday so we are trying to find out what breed he is but we don't think he is a long crower, because he doesn't have the hair at the top

He reminds me of a Tomaru first glance. Not sure how common they are, but if it's a longcrower too, it might possibly have some in it...

I don’t think it’s a longcrower because I have a longcrower and she has a crest but he doesn’t.

It doesn't crow for as long as a long crower. Do you think it would be Adam Cemani and Swedish flower

Ayam Cemani, Swedish flower, Buff orpington, Cream Legbar, possibly rhoad Island Red, and I dont know the rest

He's likely a mixed breed then. I don't see traits of either of those breeds in him
