What breed is my rooster?

Anyone know what breed my rooster is? He's a rescue but a new father as well!

Hmm, interesting coloring, but the comb is most interesting of all. Can you get a closer shot of it? Haven't quite seen one like that before. Just looked at him in your profile pic (assuming that's him as well?) --- looks like he suffered a serious injury to the head. Does his comb look like that naturally, or do you think it's due to attack, or frostbite, or something like that? Looks like he's lucky he landed in your care!
