What breed is "Rex"?

I know this is a roo, its about 5 weeks old, but does anyone know what breed he is? I was thinking MAYBE a Delaware but I'm not sure

Delewares do not have pea combs. Maybe some sort of silver spangled type bird?

Can you give us comb picture.If the comb is not Pea with these white legs he can be Light Sussex
