like i said i cannot tell if that a spur or not but game hens commonly grow spurs like a rooster another thing that says she is not a California white is the fact of what looks to be a pea comb any leghorns have hugeee straight combs in my experience i am only saying from my own judgement that she looks alot like some of the gamebirds i used to raise she to be specifically looks like my old minor blue and some of thier crosses but theres no way to know for sure. once again just my 2 cents
your hen is a splash, Breed. MAYBE a type of game hen. but no way to tell honestly. There are other breeds that look gamey. Adulsians (yeah, i spelled it wrong. my bad. ) and aren't game. Leghorns. even have the game look. but im just going to write it off at -A cross :}
also. i would like to note. if she is a gamebird. if she was white. she can still have black feathers without being a splash. As many white gamefowl. have Black breasted reds. Silver duck wings (Called Greys in gamefowl, unless a OEGB. then is called. a silver duckwing unless is a golden one. Then "Golden duckwing" ) in them. as could also be many other things. so in gamefowls. there is no telling what it has in it really.. however if your whites have Black in them. its defects. so if your into poultry showing. you wouldn't win. But anyways. i'll just.. stop talking now since no one probably cares what im saying LOL. I hope i didn't seem rude in my post. if so, im sorry, i really did not mean to come off rude

EDIT because i forgot to add something: Also in white gamefowl. they can have black feathers. or red feathers in them, because MOST of the time, you can breed ared.. grey.. black.. etc family of gamefowl. brother-sister. and i think son mother. Over.. and over.. every generation continuing.. and EVENTUALLY. get a white isn't that interesting?. i have heard of this happening a few times actually. many of the white gamefowl strains were created this way, some of the Grey gamefowl has this to. as i know of some gamefowl that they took a Bbr (Black breasted red.) and white. and bred it together (The white was from the reds family... so they took the white and bred it back to get more whites) And some of the chicks came silver duckwing :O.... Or i may be wrong and told false information on the history of gamefowl, im only 13, have been raised around them my whole life. my father had them, and his dad before him. now, im the only one in the family that deals with chickens anymore. the gamefowl i raise for looks, and my OEGBs, the same reason except i plan to show them once i get some chicks out of them.

Edit one more time:. I would also like to say. please do not get what i say confused with OEGbs. im talking about American gamefowl. (Often called OEGs. Or OEGBs by people, even though they are seperate breeds), i dont know much about Old english game... bantams. as i just got into them of november 2007, and just bought a pair. which the hen died the other day.
