You don't need to worry about separating her from her chicks. There is no reason to. If she wants to separate she will. If she doesn't, it won't hurt anything. If you just want to separate them for your own reasons, any time is fine. If they're not fully feathered, you might need to supplement their temp with a heat lamp. Congrats on the good luck!
