I ordered three "Blue" Andalusians from My Pet Chicken. I received two Blue and one Splash.

Did you order any Blue Andalusians? When you order Blue Andalusian, there is about a 25% chance of getting a black or splash instead.

Not white, but splash. Splash have two copies of the Blue dilute gene, making them look pale grey/white with flecks of darker grey/blue.
