The only German breed I can think of off the top of my head that vaguely matches her is a Twentse (also known as a Kraienkoppe). Her color doesn't match any of the standard varieties that I personally know of, so I would stray away from that assumption. Get a pic in natural lighting showing her comb. Twentse have walnut combs which are pretty distinct so a good picture could confirm or deny it pretty quickly.
