She is still a pullet, don't even know her age - when She lays eggs we'll know?

When she lays, it will be easier to ID her, depending on what color she'll lay.

Does it hurt her? Will her beak grow back to normal? Is there any way I can help her?

Her beak shouldn't hurt. There's nothing to do about it, and it probably won't grow back, sadly.

Don't Easter eggers have puffy faces?

Not always, since they're not a pure breed they have no breed standard so they can really look like anything.

Some easter eggers have puffy faces but not all. The term "easter egger" is very broad and they can be many colors. Some have muffs and some don't, and their muff somtimes take longer to grow.
