Not upset at all, just trying to make a point. Folks here often jump to some rare, exotic, expensive breed when a simple mixed breed is much more likely, that's all.

I agree the hen is most likely a mix. I have one that looks like a miniature version of a ayam cemani with feathered legs and muffs/ beard. Mine is a mix of a silkie x araucana (mom) and a single combed ee (dad). But she has the same black skin of a silkie with a single comb. Now in a few years, I can see someone popping up with a cheap or unknown ayam. As I have done this with a few odd breeds over the years, but they were not new to this country, just a rare/ hard to find breed.Not upset at all, just trying to make a point.
