what breed is Starlight?

I just got this poor banty from a friend whose only other chicken was killed by most likely a fox. I can't tell if she's a Dutch, Serema, Old English Game, or even something else?
Can anyone tell me what Starlight (as I call her ) is?
Any input greatly appriceated!

Probably a mixed breed. Not a Dutch Bantam, since they should have white earlobes, nor a purebred Old English Game (since they don't have blue slate legs, usually). She doesn't have a high enough tail carriage to be a Serama. I think that she's an Old English Game mix.

But, wait, Pied Suffolks are only found in the UK, right? I live in the US.
