Does he have white ears? Looks like he's splash underneath. Definately NOT an EE. Maybe a leghorn, but I don't know if they come in that color.

He has coloring of a Columbian Rock, not a Delaware at all. Dels have barring in tail and hackles. However, his body type is very thin, so I'd say Col Rock cross or very bad body type in a pure Col Rock.
Cross or not, a sweet tempered rooster is a wonderful thing!
