I believe you mean 4 week old. And I agree... based on the amount of light in the barring, I'd say cockerel.

Most likely a barred rock cockerel, but there are other barred breeds, and it might not turn out to be a cockerel.

It's a cockerel for sure. Look at the size and thickness of his feet and the redness of his comb.

He has yellow skin, a single comb, and double barring. Barred Plymouth Rock cockerel.
