What breed is this? Are green eyes normal? Supposed to be a Cinnamon Queen hybrid?

Hello everyone,
We just picked up two pullets this week and were told this one is a Cinnamon Queen, 3 months age. She is very small, has white legs, pale skin and green eyes with what seems to me very large pupils. I've included pics that will hopefully help ID her. Based on what I've read about this hybrid she doesn't exactly fit that description so I'm not sure what she is.
1) Are green eyes normal?
2) We have no experience with splayed legs, does she present that way?
3) Is this a rose comb or just not developed yet?
4) I would also add they said she is on layer feed (already??) and to keep her on that. Seems a little young? Should we switch to grower feed?
When we picked her up we were in a torrential rain. That said, shame on us for not inspecting her closely before they placed her in the crate. She is eating, drinking, pooping and behaving normally. It is very difficult for me to catch her and she abhors being held.
Thanks for your help.

She looks like a rose comb Cinnamon Queen, except for the white legs. I believe they’re a cross between a Silver laced Wyandotte and Rhode Island Red, so she should have yellow legs. Her eyes are an uncommon color, but look normal.

Thank you so much for your reply. I was especially concerned about the eye color as I've read somewhere that it could mean Marek's disease, although they were supposedly vaccinated for that. Appreciate your response. Have a good holiday.
