What breed is this baby? Hen or roo?

I got this baby about a month ago out of the bantam bin at TSC. Any idea on breed and gender?

Black OEG Bantam. Looks like a pullet, but that depends on how old it is.

I've had him/her for a little over a month. So I'm guessing he/she is around a month old? I could be wrong though lol
