Well getting another Drake is another risk because once mature they definitely can fight. Not the same as getting two male puppies and getting them fixed..
Oh I know that, if hes a male I'll just prepare to house them separately to avoid ducklings before I get another one. If he turns out to be a she, I can just get another female and be stress free lol. I should have said I don't want ducklings, not eggs.

The 300 layers have that brown muddy colored bill and feet. Unless it's a white layer. But the white layers are usually really yellow without the eye stripes. My buff looked exactly like that as a chick.
