What breed is this bantam juvenile??

Maybe Rosecomb since that's what it has? The ear lobes also look white as far as I can tell in your pics. Not sure on your feather color as pics can be tricky.. maybe white or splash.

Looking like a pullet so far. Do you know the age?

It is a pullet, can’t tell if she has a Rosecomb or not. If she does then she is probably a splash Rosecomb.

If a tiny single comb then lavender Old English game bantam

It does have a rose comb. If it grows in white earlobes you may have a Self Blue Rosecomb bantam. I wonder what hatchery they get their chicks from...I don't know of any breeding Self Blue Rosecombs.
