Definitely a cochin...pretty one, too...as far as color, he looks like a silver laced. Where did he come from?

Where I live everyone is ALWAYS trying to get rid of roosters - no one has enough land to have them- we all live in neighborhoods. I'm not exactly sure where he came from but I imagine he was bought at a feed store - straight run banty batch of something or other. Sorry I can't be more specific -- He's a very new rescue to me, and I have no history on him other than the fact that he just started crowing.
