What breed is this bantam rooster?

I got him as the extra chick this year. He's about 1/2 the size of everyone else, has a hilariously high pitched crow, and thinks he's 10x his size. No idea what breed he is. His tail was a long longer than it is in this pic. Seems he lost some feathers when he decided he needed to take on the bigger boys in the yard. Anyone got a guess as to breed?
