What breed is this bantam?

Any of you chick experts have an idea of what this little fella might be? Looks like a male at this point :-( so we will call it a he. He came in a group of mixed bantams from TSC and is about 3 weeks old. I have searched everywhere but can find anything that looks like it.

Thanks Cyprus, I thought that also but most of the Golden Laced Seabright chicks I have seen pics of are a lot darker than this little guy...but maybe. I guess time will reveal all. I am so impatient. ;-)

NOT a Sebright.
It appears to be a OEGB. It is one of the blue varieties. I'm guessing Blue Red OEGB. Oh, and your chickie is a cockerel.

Definitely not a Sebright, these have rose combs.
100% OEGB, just look at that slender build. I've have Blue Red OEGBs, and they look nothing like that as chicks. It's either a Blue Brassy Back or Blue Quail, based off the pics I've seen.
