She could be a mix breed. She really is very pretty. How many toes does she have? She reminds me of maybe a D'uccle x Silkie.

She looks much like a porcelain d'uccle with a crest. Maybe d'uccle polish cross? Hope I could help!

It does look like a sultan I almost suggested that, but sultans have V combs.
