what breed is this black chicken?

At 10 weeks mine was all gray, but unfortunately she died of unknown causes before she had fully feathered out.

I never knew what she was.

She could be a very poor quality Sumatra?? The last (and only) time I attempted to order Sumatra from a hatchery, I got one with a single comb....the hens shouldn't really have a comb and that area should be dark--like a deep purplish color...

But she didn't have any white on her body...

What color are her earlobes?

She does look like a Minorca, but I checked MPC and they don't sell the chicks or the eggs

It is dark in the coop, but it the morning I will check her earlobes, I think they are pink/red but I am not sure.

She has some white spots on the tips of her wings.

But again MPC dosen't have black leghorns, maybe a RIR rooster got into the leghorn pen

Her earlobes are blue!! and her feet are white with slate legs, now I am more confused! Do Minorcas earlobes start out blue and turn white later?
