I think it is just a pea comb. I would also agree with Mahonri, but maybe they are both EEXBA and she just ended up looking more like a BA.
The legs on her look odd, but I don't think she has mites.

I agree on the Black Australorp/ E.E.(Ameraucana) cross theory. I have always wanted to cross Black Australorps and E.E.s!

They have pretty, friendly eyes! Congrats on acquiring these!

But there isn't even a spacing for the muffs. . . Signifying that he's just a clean faced fluke, probably from poor breeding.
