What breed is this blue egg laying hen???

Do the Arcona (sp) hens lay sky blue eggs? I have seen some sky blue eggs and some eggs that were a deep burgandy red. I have been trying to figure out what breed the hens are. I would like to get some of the hens and have the unusually colored eggs. If you could tell me what king of hens they are, I would sure appreciate it!

Thanks,
Chicken Girls

This hen is an Easer Egger or otherwise known as Americana, we specifically wanted these for thier blue/ green eggs. We have 2 and they are beautiful, Paula and Laurel.

This is an older post but I just wante to clear up some confusion.. "Americauna" isn't a breed. It is a term hatcheries misleadingly use to sell Easter Eggers as "Ameracaunas" without technically being wrong. Ameracaunas only come in 8 colors, must have slate legs, beards and muffs. Anything short of that is automatically an Easter egger. The OP has very pretty EE looking crosses with no beards or muffs. :D
