What breed is this chick?

I have two of these chicks. I got them for free when I picked up my chicken starter. They day was busy (first chicks of season) so all the straight run chicks were mixed together. I got 5 bared rocks (4 cockerels and hopefully 1 pullet) and two of these which I thought were RIR. They look nothing like my current RIR but similar to my New Hampshire red pullets I just got. They all came from belt hatchery.

That would be great if they are a EE, although they look nothing like the Ameracaunas (EE) I picked up from belt. Maybe they were an accidental mutt so belt threw them in with the straight runs. I am hoping they are both pullets. They are very docile compared to some of my other chicks.
