What breed is this chicken? Is it a roo or a pullet?

I just got this chicken from an aquantance, according to her its about 4 months old and a pullet. It's pretty small, about the same size as my 10 week old EE's, but she cackles already and the EE's still kind of cheep; so I'm thinking it's a bantam. It's got a small single, black comb and wattles with some pinkish spots. The black feathers are irridecent green and purple and some, especially on the breast, neck and wings have reddish centers. What breed or crossbreed is this? Is it a pullet or a roo?

i was thinking black sex link but she is really small, like bantam sized

Apparently they have yellow legs, I googled black sex link pullet and they looked a lot like the pullet I have here and they do have yellow legs, so I'm guessing she must be a black-sex link, the only things that baffles me is that shes so small.

It may be possible she is a bantam Black Sex-link as Rhode Island Reds and Barred Rocks (the parents used to make them) also come in bantams.
