What Breed is this cockerel exactly?

So 16 weeks ago I incubated some of my eggs. Only one hatched which was this lovely cockerel who is super friendly. However I have struggled to specify his breed as his Dad is a Plymouth Rock but the egg came from a Buff Orpington and I was just wanting to know which breed he looks like most from the pictures? Thanks

He is a mixed breed, so he looks like both breeds

No genetic problems. Crossbreeds tend to be just as healthy as purebreds.

Only downside might be if you wanted to sell him--people breeding purebred chickens want purebred roosters. But there are other people that just like to have a nice rooster, and for them it wouldn't matter that he's a cross.
