It's a pullet. I'm going to say Gray Japanese Bantam

Harleysville Feed in Pennsylvania. There were only two left. They told me they were black bantams… apparently not the case. She came with a blue Andalusian

Black bantam isn't really a breed, just a description of color and size of the bird. I do not know which hatchery they use unfortunately
