Too young to be sure. Looks like it might be a red sexlink. Post again at about 6 to 8 weeks. My guess will be more accurate.

I agree. If it is a Red Sex Link, it's a pullet as male RSLs primarily have white feathers. )

Well, a mix is a mix, I'm not sure how it could be good or bad. A bird can be a poor quality of a specific breed, or we often call that hatchery quality. In dogs, etc it would be called pet quality. Basically means the animal is not a good representation of the breed.
