Wow, that's so amazing! One of my EEs would have a pretty little beard like that if she would stop playing in her water and making a mess of her yogurt. She always looks like she poked her beak in an electrical socket!

It seems to be a real common pattern with EE's. I am sure at some point you will find one like it. Mine came from Cackle and looks just the same.

EEs are a great breed for backyard flocks and the hens generally have good personalities. We've got a couple including one who is half leghorn and really sweet, but kinda ditzy!

One of our Easter Eggers doesn't have sideburns or muffs though...it happens with them being a mixed breed.
