What breed is this duck?

We received this duck from our neighbors. They said they picked it up at Tractor Supply, but don't remember when. We think it is a he and maybe a month old but are not sure. Could anyone help out to figure out what breed or if it is a he?

Probably a Pekin, and gender is best revealed by listening to them once they’re a bit mature. A loud quack is a hen, and a raspy sound is a drake.
